Hotel Riu Palace Peninsula - Cancun

The hotel had beautiful views and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. the staff at the restaurant and bar were friendly and helpful. A great advantage was the many activities we could do in the surrounding area.

The pool was not clean and had food floating in it. Some staff members were not as helpful or friendly as we would have liked.

We liked people and food, the hotel has everything you need for a holiday. Quick room service. It was a unique base for snorkeling. The venue was not far from the beautiful beach.

I stayed in the villa and the service everywhere were incredible . I would love to stay there again

Guests can enjoy their meals while taking in the beautiful views of the long, easily walkable beach. the room accommodations are spacious and come with a jacuzzi on the balcony, allowing for a luxurious and relaxing stay. the staff provides excellent service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Breakfast at the buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options to start the day off right.

The mini-bar in the room is not always refreshed daily, sometimes requiring guests to ask for a refill.
